Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (PCs/laptops/printers/PDAs, etc), software, and networks.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Support the development of the ERP/WMS system
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field
- Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, Linux
- MS Office literate
- Programming skills
- Knowledge of database management (SQL Server/Oracle) will be considered an advantage
- Prior experience will be considered an advantage
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
