Opening of the first Energy Saving Center in Nicosia. Big Solar Cyprus was established, a joint venture between Phanos N. Epiphaniou Public Ltd and Big Solar A.E, for the distribution and sale of photovoltaic systems in the Cyprus market.

2011
Entered into a commercial agreement with the Greek company Etem for the supply of aluminium architectural systems in the Cyprus market.
2008
Stelmeco Ltd was established, with an operational focus on the trading of steel & metal products with an additional new processing line for shotblusting, prime painting, cutting and drilling of beams and sections. Operation of a new Hydrotherm Store in Nicosia. Operation of a new Epiphaniou Bath and Floors store in Limassol.
2001
Sidep Ltd was founded, an innovative, high-technology producer of cut-and-bend steel rods for concrete reinforcement.
2000
The company acquired Hydrotherm Co. Ltd, a company that was established in 1977 and has been a major supplier of central heating equipment, accessories and equipment for plumbing installations.
1998
Cylift & Equipment Ltd, a joint venture between Phanos N. Epiphaniou Ltd and the Lebanese company Mitsulift and Equipment SAL, was established. The company supplies, installs, and maintains elevators, moving walks and escalators. In 2017 the company has been renamed as Mitsulift Cyprus.
1996
A significant commercial agreement with Daikin, provided the opportunity for a new business activity in the field of air conditioning systems. At the same time, the Best Cool retail chain was established, as a point of sale for the Daikin brand in all major cities.
1983
The formation of Domoplex Ltd, one of the first industrial collaborations between Greek and Cypriot interests. Domoplex is a manufacturer of reinforcing welded wire mesh used for concrete reinforcement and fencing.
